Anonymized case study module LinkedIn: Featured case study
Engagement type: Corporate insurance & risk consulting (illustrative composite — not a named client).
Situation: Mid-renewal at a multi-site industrial + tech mix; fragmented broker schedule; Board presentation due in six weeks.
Approach: Week 1: pull the insurance schedule → list every risk by business area with the person responsible → write Coverage gaps (what’s missing or weak in the wording) → prioritize what to buy or renew first (property / business interruption first, then cyber & crime, then directors & officers Side A).
Outcome framing: One shared list of risks by business area with owners named, a ranked plan for which markets to approach first, and a Board presentation that separated construction problems from day-to-day operating problems on a live campus expansion.

Methodology LinkedIn: Published Risk Identification and Insurance Placement methodology
- Identify — talk with teams across the company, pull the insurance schedule, and read contracts and property value lists.
- Classify — sort risks into the right business areas across about nine specialty coverages (property, energy, construction / builders’ risk, power, liability, financial lines, cyber, and related specialty as written).
- Score — mark each item Missing, Watch, or OK for whether coverage exists, limits are high enough, and the wording decides whether a claim gets paid.
- Buy coverage — decide policy type, layer in the tower, and specialty capacity when values are especially high.
- Business interruption & suppliers — check business interruption versus contingent business interruption, and named versus unnamed suppliers, before the program goes to market — these decide whether a claim gets paid.
- Govern — Board presentation for executives; then a phased follow-up plan sized to the engagement (map and gaps → place coverage → lock and report), whether short-term, multi-month, or full-time.
Grounded in large-company single-risk work, hyperscale alternative-risk design, and broker discipline on how coverage gets bought.
Emerging risks watchlist LinkedIn: Runs emerging-risk watch
- AI liability — high emerging risk as AI systems create new liability exposure.
- Cyber exposure related to AI agents — high emerging risk from AI agents and how they touch systems and data.
Refresh manually each engagement; future hook for automated brief.
